Gameplay — What Plays Differently
FH4's beloved seasonal system returns, but regionally instead of globally. The Mountain Pass can have snow while Coastal Highway stays dry — all on the same game day. Each season shifts optimal routes, PR stunt viability, and race strategies.
FH6 doubles down on cooperative play. Horizon Arcade events now pop every 15 minutes (FH5: every 30). Convoy size increased. New "Team Garage" lets convoy members share tuned cars.
FH6 deepens the tuning system with per-gear adjustments, expanded differential settings, and a "quick tune" preset system for beginners. Visual customization adds new body kit manufacturers and wheel brands.
FH6 shifts the credit economy. Races pay more but cars cost more — pushing players toward the auction house and business income. The "Accolade" system expands with more targeted, high-reward challenges.
